Proposed fix

Removing check for "is this a serial record" when displaying enumchron
information. This check evaluates as true for all biblio records which have a
series title, so it's an inaccurate determiner of whether enumchron information
should be displayed. The script already checks for the presence of enumchron
data, so that will display anyway if it exists.
