It used to be that when you did a Z search from the edit screen on cataloging
you could save the record and it would overlay the existing one - a common
practice when an acq librarian creates a brief record and the cataloger comes
in and adds in the full record.  Now when you click the z search button on a
record in the staff client or after clicking edit record the record you import
creates a new bib - it doesn't overlay the existing record anymore.
