Progress terminates with NaN%

I have a .koc-file that I am trying to upload and process. Uploading it works
fine, but the processing was terminating with a progress of NaN% (see attached
screenshot). 

The file has about 360 returns in it. I split it into two files, with about 180
returns in each. The first one got through ok, but the second one resulted in
NaN% several times. 

When the process has terminated with NaN% my session seems to be terminated to,
and I have to log in again. 

When I uploaded and processed the first file, logged out and in again and then
uploaded and processed the second file both of them were processed correctly.
