AcqCreateItem : Create item when placing an order.
Koha version:     3.01.00.145

The total price is only calculated after entering the price. When you change
the quantity by adding or deleting items aboce the price form after that, the
price is not adjusted.

You have to enter the price again to force Koha to show the correct
calculation.
