koha_perl_deps.pl has a use C4::Installer; Which causes it to crash with
missing dependencies rather than reporting them. (because Installer uses
Context uses ZOOM, one of the more likely to be missing dependencies). It
doesnt appear to need that reliance on C4::Installer
