Add index Recordcontrol number = rcn

The attached 3 patches complete the first 2 steps:

- add $w subfields to MARC21 frameworks
- add index 'record control number' for indexing of $w subfields

I also send a patch which included the translation of MARC21 framworks into
German (de-DE)

I will send a patch to add the subfields to de-DE after the patch was accepted.
