A wild idea for the future:

It would be nice to have a link on every page (OPAC and Intranet both) for
reporting a bug on the page. The bug reporting code could include any relevant
log files and state in the bug report, being careful to exclude any sensitive
data.

Combined this with a publically available demo instance of Koha, with no
sensitive data at all, where people could reproduce problems in a known
situation, might improve the quality and fixability of bug reports quite a lot.
