The italian setup file installer/data/mysql/it-IT/necessari/auth_val.sql
for 3.0.x has errors.

More specificaly the default values for COUNTRY table are lowercase.
They need to be uppercase.

This bug was present also in French setup [MT3424] but was correct with
commit
