This bug is related to Bug 2375 (item display in OPAC)

When the title is part of a series (tag 440) a column for publication a column
for publication data is shown.

public and internal notes are not shown. My public notes for these items show
in opac and is in itemnotes in the database. My internal notes are mapped are
in more_subfields_xml.

Koha Version: 3.01.00.141
XSLT on/off makes no difference.
