The top-right 'Log in to Your Account' link in opac-auth.pl links back to
*itself*, causing users to think that the link is broken (when it is actually
reloading the opac-auth.pl screen again)

This patch hides the 'Log in to Your Account' link for the opac-auth.tmpl only.
