Summary: autoBarcode should increment from user defind value
           Product: Koha
           Version: rel_3_4
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P5
         Component: Cataloging
        AssignedTo: gmcharlt at gmail.com
        ReportedBy: cmm1005 at gmail.com

autoBarcode currently increments from highest barcode value. This creates
problems for libraries that need to catalog beginning at a specified barcode
number, i.e., to fill large holes due to weeding.

autoBarcode should increment from user defined value (i.e., "Next barcode
number:), which should be changeable on the cataloger's interface.
