I can add an item by clicking on the plus sign - but I still can't edit the
quantity box by hand ... seems like an oversight, having to click the plus
since 20 times for an order of 20 items seems a bit silly when I could it by
typing in 2 characters instead of clicking 20 times.

Leaving closed, not sure if this is a new bug or if it warrants re-opening.
