I feel like this has probably already been reported, but I can't find the
previous bug. Apologies if it's a duplicate.

It would be really useful if bulkmarcimport.pl was able to overlay records
already in the database according to record matching rules like Stage MARC
Records for Import can. The ideal situation would be if we had the option to
use record matching rules set up in the Koha Administration interface, but the
-match commandline switch would also work, provided a -overlay option was
available.
