It would be very helpful to optionally have a context-sensitive "report a
problem" link on every page. The page that opens should have an input box for
the user to compose a message to KohaAdminEmailAddress. The resulting e-mail
should include not just the user's message but also the exact page s/he is on,
and the currently-logged in username.

I have seen features like this in a number of libraries' catalogs, but I can't
seem to remember which at the moment.
