On a fresh git clone install I get following errors in web installer..

sample_notices.sql
ERROR 1136 (21S01) at line 1: Column count doesn't match value count at row 11 

and

sample_notices_message_transports.sql
ERROR 1452 (23000) at line 1: Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key
constraint fails (`kalibindia/message_transports`, CONSTRAINT
`message_transports_ibfk_3` FOREIGN KEY (`letter_module`, `letter_code`)
REFERENCES `letter` (`module`, `code`) ON DELETE CASCADE ON UPDATE CASCADE)
