/cgi-bin/koha/suggestion/suggestion.pl contains some not translated strings:

Tab headings 'Pending (x)', 'Accepted (x)'... are not translatable.

Choose a reason > Others > 'please note your reason here' is not translatable.

Not sure how to fix this, help or patch welcome :)
