I think that these tests fails if Perl module "Cache::Memcached::Fast" is not
in Perl path, but this dependency is not referenced in file
"C4/Installer/PerlDependencies.pm".

It will probably be useful to add "Cache::Memcached::Fast" to the list of
dependencies in "C4/Installer/PerlDependencies.pm" with a minimal version and
probably an optional status.
