C4::ILSDI::Utility exports a subroutine CanBookBeReserved. However both
C4::ILSDI::Utility and C4::ILSDI::Services import a subroutine of the same name
from C4::Reserves 
By making the import from Reserves we can silence the warning but it might be
worth considering renaming one of the routines
