"Check in" then "Renew" checkboxes checked in the same time

In "Home › Circulation › Checkouts › briceSanc" . 

I'm unable to check "Renew" then "Check in" in the same time (i think its
normal) but i'm able to check "Check in" then "Renew".

I'm speaking about the checkboxes in the 'Checkout(s)' html table
