I found the following is happening in Firefox:

-Check-in of a checked-out item from another branch shows only a partial
message that says "Please return <title> to"

-When the book is checked in again, a full message appears: "Please return
<title> to <branch name>"


The first message should look the same as the second - including the branch
name.
