The README.Debian and/or the related wiki page should point out that this cron
job should be disabled if the syspref is changed.

IMO these needs a bit of detail for noobs on how to enable/disable cron jobs
consistent with the package's methodology. If I can I'll try to do it in the
wiki once I figure it out.
