For Field 006/00, the following values should be listed:

c - Notated music
d - Manuscript notated music
e - Cartographic material
f - Manuscript cartographic material
g - Projected medium
i - Nonmusical sound recording
j - Musical sound recording
k - Two-dimensional nonprojectable graphi
m - Computer file/Electronic resource
o - Kit
p - Mixed material
r - Three-dimensional artifact or naturally occurring object
s - Serial/Integrating resource
t - Manuscript language material

And depending on what value is selected for 006/00, there are need more options
for 006/01 through 006/17 as well.  All of these can be found at:
