Unless I misunderstand, what you're seeing is normal. The view in the
screenshot you attached is of a batch of records that has already been
imported. If your batch has been staged but not yet imported you won't see a
link in the "bib" column. How could it give you a link to the bibliographic
record when the record doesn't exist yet?
