See attached.  When a patron is flagged as 'gone no address' the message that
appears links to the patron edit details form - but there is a preference that
turns off the ability to have patrons submit changes so this message shouldn't
link there.  It would make more sense if this and other warnings were
preferences so that library staff could make it say whatever they wanted.
