revised patch without conflicts on sysprefs.sql

Second patch does not apply (opaccolorsyspref already exists)

CONFLICT (content): Merge conflict in
installer/data/mysql/en/mandatory/sysprefs.sql

so I submitted a new patch with a little escape "\'" in sysprefs.sql and
resolved conflict.
