Appropriate Apache log from "/var/log/koha/rus_unimarc/intranet-error.log" is

But what's interesting - the first 2 messages are present in the output
"/var/log/koha/ukr_unimarc/intranet-error.log" of first instance, but
web-installer for ukr_unimarc work in browser without errors.

P.S. On another server with 2 instanes situation more interesting: yesterday
not started web-installer for second instance, but today second ok and it not
started for first intance.
