Point 1 = agreed, but Eliott, while rewriting this patch, if you have some time
to embeed all items fields instead of just adding 1, it would be perfect (I
wouldn't object anything if you don't do it though)

Point 2 = Ian: BibLibre already has this feature on biblibre/master. See 4032,
seems this patch has been lost in limbos :(
