These paths in the smart-rules.tt template are broken:

<link href="/content/ui-lightness/jquery-ui-1.8.1.custom.css" rel="stylesheet"

...the datepicker seems to function without it. Are these needed for something
else?

The datepicker doesn't honor the dateformat system preference.
