Bug 6458: Incorrect parsing result in translation processing

Patch removes template directives from within HTML tags from OPAC detail view.

Problems were related to the items tabs for holdings, subscriptions, and serial
collection.

Before patch
opac-tmpl/prog/en/modules/opac-detail.tt: 325, 353, 369

After, no errors for opac-detail.tt
