There is a feature for this to show on the summary already.  See here:
http://manual.koha-community.org/3.6/en/opacmyaccount.html#opacmysummary and
scroll to "If your patrons would like to see the items barcodes on their list
of checked out items..."

If the barcode is added to the detail page it should be with an option to turn
it off, just like the above example.
