With some discussion on IRC in mind, it might be interesting to add a
preference (yet another ;) on the Admin page that defaults to Linear updating
(and enforces to run all updates in sequence before using Koha). Only if
Delinear would be selected (by a developer), allow selective updating and do
not force running all updates before using Koha. Just remind an admin at login
time.
