Patch to increase boolean.t coverage

I think my previous patch to Boolean.t got lost in the works, I forgot to
change the count so ChrisC corrected it for me in his patch, but my patch wasnt
applied, so the number of tests was invalid, Paul decreased the counter so the
test would pass.

Attached is patch to correct Boolean.t (both the missing case and the count).
