a) Fixed incorrect Shipping cost allocation on the receipt summary
b) "Shipping cost" was called freight in some places, and the database field is
named freight as well. Replaced "Freight" with "Shipping cost"
c) Budgets and funds periods screen shows total allocated. We can change that
if you wish, but that has nothing to do with shipping
