Proposed patch

Hi Katrin,

1/ 2/ Ok, it's fixed

3/ Ok, I modified  */sample_notices.sql by adding <item> tag

4/ I use <item> tag because this tag already exists in koha
(misc/cronjobs/overdue_notices.pl and 'ODUE' notices). I think it's better to
keep a general term to simplify things.
