Chris,

I suppose I should have been more explicit; I've also got a couple partner
libraries that need this, but on a per itemtype basis.  Hence my interest in
the generalization.  A patch is forthcoming that should meet both our needs,
and we can hopefully soon get rid of HomeOrHoldingBranchReturn entirely.
