well he's not testing, he is even not knowing he is using that ;-)
It's just that we use this system, and the customer is happy with the result.

agreed we have only 1 signoff & it's a strategic thing, so it's worth having a
2nd one. You could add it (QAing does not mean you can't signoff at the same
time !), or Ian ?

Still, I consider this improvement as a must-pass-asap, and it should be on the
top of the list for everybody !
