To explain my point of view a little better: Our librarians don't catalog in
MARC21, they catalog in the union catalog which uses its own format. The data
is exported in MARC21 format and imported into Koha, but they don't really know
about it. So they have no clue about the relator codes. Also the point of the
union catalog is using existing records.

I would like to see Nicole's suggestion for the OPAC in staff too - have
different translatable labels - created from the relator codes - and show the
names/persons behind the labels.

About the 880 fields: We tried to make the 880 display mirror the
transliterated fields as far as possible. If the labels change on one side, the
labels should change for the 880 fields too.
