This field is used for an additional form.  Some libraries use it to link to
their journal databases for serials.  The 530 field has a subfield u which can
go to a URL.  This data displays in the 'title notes' section on the opac and
the 'description' section in the staff client, but it's not a clickable link. 

I suggest one of two things.

#1 - add the 530$u as a link that appears next to the 'online resource' label
on the normal bib detail display in both the OPAC and the staff client

#2 - make it clickable in the 'title notes' or 'description' section in the
staff client and the opac

I personally like option #1 but either will work since the goal is to have that
url clickable.  We might also want to explore other marc fields that allow you
to enter urls and make sure that all of those are clickable as well.
