By default, Koha is configured to have all the subject added entries (600-662)
linked to authorities. However, the frameworks included with Koha are missing
subfield 9 for fields 648, 654, 655, 656, 657, 658, and 662. Since there is no
subfield 9, this breaks authority linking for those headings.
