Currently, the 773 is only shown in staff normal view via XSLT bloc if
leader19==c. The label is named: 'Set'.
This is too limited.
I would suggest to remove the limitation of checking leader19 and renaming the
label to the more general 'In:'.
This is in accordance with Library of Congress MARC standard.

I will send a patch.
