/cgi-bin/koha/members/pay.pl: Selecting an option in the first column results
in a JS error in: payfinechange(this.value,). Neither <!-- TMPL_VAR name="i"
--> or <!-- TMPL_VAR name="accountlineid" --> are reaching the template.

How is the "means of payment" option populated?
