When editing a page on the wiki, an extension is supposed to list the active
categories on the wiki, to make it easier to use the right ones. As far as I
can see, this is the SelectCategory extension. 

Currently the list only displays one category: "Home":

This would not be so bad, if it were not for the fact that the extension masks
the categories that have already been added to a page, making it impossible to
remove a category from a page (or a page from a category, if you like...)

Could the extensio be fixed, or at least disabled?
