I am working on version 3.2.9  but still have this problem.
I saw that the columns[enrolmentperioddate  ,enrolmentperiod] already exits
with the specified properties.
I have found in koha-error_log this error :
categorie.pl: DBD::mysql::st execute failed: Incorrect date value: '' for colu
mn 'enrolmentperioddate' at row 1 at
/usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/admin/cate
gorie.pl line 136.
