Have merged to a branch based on master, and fixed conflicts

Then added in the db changes.

Things to note, 
Koha::DateUtils
Introduces a new dependency  DateTime::Format::DateParse
Also binds us to perl 5.10 which is no bad thing, but something to note

Koha::Calendar
Introduces
DateTime::Set (libdatetime-set-perl)
