Hold message upon first checkin

To reproduce:

1. Place a hold on an item with a pickup library different from the one at
which you're logged in.
2. Check in the item. You should see a message like that shown in the attached
image. Confirm the hold.
3. Check in the item again. You should see a message like that shown in the
second attachment, "Hold message upon second checkin." Confirm.
4. Check in the item again. You will see no hold confirmation message at all.

The hold message should always display if there is an outstanding hold, even if
the hold is already confirmed and in transit.
