follow-up patch

The link to 'Fast cataloging' was never shown. Attached patch fixes this
problem.

About the empty pull down on the screenshot:
If you turn off system preference memberofinstitution the blank pull down menu
vanishes. I don't understand what the code there about organisations is
supposed to do. Perhaps someone else can take a look at that.
