I would like to lobby strongly for a review of my proposed fix for Bug 3523. It
does a couple of things which I think work a little better: Limiting the
display of private lists in the main lists menu to 10 but offering a link for
more (like public lists do); grouping public and private lists under
<optgroup>s in the add to list popup menu.

There has already been some discussion on how to fix this, and it's under Bug
3523. Screenshots can be found there of my proposed fix.
