Why not using submodules ?
I mean, there is a main repo for this feature. If we want to keep synch, the
usage of submodules seems to me the solution.
And definitely, Koha Code should not copy paste other projetcs as it has done
in the past. Since when the code is edited, then it is not synched back into
the original project.
And it is quite easy to get the code. The command to get the code is really
simple. And the fact that there are independent repository guaranties the
independency of Code.

If there is true technical reason to get that code in, then explain me which.
I can see none.
