If ppl need the tarball and all the files, then you add locally the files with
git submodule update --init just before making the MANIFEST and the tarball and
you're set.

Or in the install process add a git submodule update --init
which will fetch the code.

Then when all the required jquery plugins will be packaged in debian, just add
them to dependencies (or let's package that).
