Provide the user an optional thesaurus that can be linked from "relator term"
fields in cataloguing frameworks.

For MARC21 there exists a list:
MARC Code List for Relators
http://www.loc.gov/marc/relators/relaterm.html

Caveats:
- The default values description should be translatable. Perhaps On-the-fly
translation, or as a fixed list of values in the templates. Something to
discuss.
